How to measure your bra size

Determining your correct bra size is essential for a comfortable and supportive fit. Here's a step-by-step guide with accompanying images to help you measure and find your bra size:
Step 1: Wear a Non-Padded Bra
Wear a non-padded bra or go braless while taking measurements. This will give you the most accurate results.
Step 2: Measure Your Band Size
Wrap a measuring tape around your ribcage, just below your bust. Ensure the tape is parallel to the ground and snug but not too tight. Take note of the measurement in inches.
Step 3: Determine Your Band Size
If the measurement is an even number, this is your band size. If it's an odd number, add 1 inch to get your band size. For example, if the measurement is 29 inches, your band size is 30.
Step 4: Measure Your Bust Size
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it is parallel to the ground and not too tight. Note down the measurement in inches.
Step 5: Calculate Your Cup Size
Subtract your band size (step 3) from your bust size (step 4). The difference corresponds to your cup size. Use the following chart to determine your cup size based on the difference:
- Difference of 0-1 inch: AA cup
- Difference of 1-2 inches: A cup
- Difference of 2-3 inches: B cup
- Difference of 3-4 inches: C cup
- Difference of 4-5 inches: D cup
- Difference of 5-6 inches: DD or E cup
- Difference of 6-7 inches: DDD or F cup
- Difference of 7-8 inches: G cup
- Difference of 8-9 inches: H cup
- Difference of 9-10 inches: I cup
Step 6: Try on Different Sizes
Using your band and cup size, try on bras in different sizes to find the best fit. Adjust the straps and hook closures for comfort and support. The bra should feel snug but not too tight, with the center gore lying flat against your chest.
Remember that bra sizes may vary slightly between styles, so it's essential to try on different styles to find the most comfortable and supportive fit for you.
